ENERFAB, the process solutions innovator in pressure

designs for your heat transfer needs. For the most
severe applications, we offer Half-Pipe Jacket.
The advantages over other jacket
designs are:
Yields the thinnest inner vessel wall, particularly when
high jacket pressure is required, maximizing heat transfer and
minimizing cost.
Can be divided into multiple or parallel zones allowing
maximum flexibility and precise control of the heat transfer
system.
ENERFAB delivers a unique set of capabilities including:
Forming half pipe from continuous coil on the shell,
eliminating butt welds which have the potential to leak.
Installing jacket over the entire head surface including the
knuckle area, which is crucial if maximum heat transfer and
coverage is required.
Performing full penetration welds when the jacket operates
in critical service.
Forming in pipe sizes of 2", 3", or 4" and a variety of
materials including stainless, 2205, nickel alloys, hastelloys,
and carbon steel.
Offering proprietary designs allowing maximum coverage
including the areas at supports, nozzles, and other
attachments.
Forming jacket vessels as small as 1,000 liters up to
500,000 gallons.
In addition to shop fabrication,
