EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION GROUP:
Our supervision, millwrights and riggers
have extensive experience in all forms of equipment installation being
it a single piece of equipment or total plant and manufacturing line
installation. We have provided scheduled or emergency breakdown repair
services for many manufacturing and service lines. We have worked
extensively in food production including beverage, frozen, meat
packing and finished bakery product. Our experience in food plants has
enabled us to work on ovens, screw
conveyors, cookers, fillers, baggers, boxers, bulk unloading systems,
freezers, palletizers and depalletizers.
We have considerable experience in
chemical plants, including plants heavy in petrochemical,
polystyrene, die and ink production. We have worked
on many different kinds of equipment in these plants including all
forms of tanks and kettles (steel, fiberglass, glass lined, rubber
lined, and pressure vessels). We have
worked on filter presses, ball mills, kilns, still & thermal
columns, salt millers, blenders, heat exchangers, string filters, and waste treatment plants.
We have worked in power plants on
turbines, coal pulverizers, belt conveyors, barge unloaders,
transformer relocation, and ID & FD fans. We specialize in
fine alignment of all of this equipment.
We have a wide range of experience from the
single machine relocation to the large turnkey project
with total project responsibility for all
phases of work from engineering, equipment relocation, electrical,
piping, foundations, sheet metal and instrumentation. |
