multi-step process. For example, for concrete wine tanks
ENERFAB performs the following:
• Surface preparation, the first and most important step,
includes a thorough inspection of the concrete substrate,
removal and replacement of non-durable concrete,
decontamination of the concrete, creation of surface profile,
and repair of surface irregularities
• Application (mudding) of a polymer modified concrete
• Application of latex barrier
• Final application of an epoxy coating
• Quality inspection
Likewise, for a malting germination bed application, after the
surface preparation process, ENERFAB bridges all gaps,
and then applies a polyurea product before inspection.
