At the core of Enerfab’s project controls is Primavera P6. Enerfab utilizes a web-based version that allows complete integration into our overall corporate schedule, giving real time updates to our management team. In addition, it gives access to pertinent project data such as earned value vs. actual hours spent, productivity curves and schedule performance index curves. We are able to set up each project to track progress and schedule based on customer preferred metrics. Typical measures include weld count, piece count, tons installed or lineal feet of weld. By creating a detailed P6 schedule with the customers input, we insure a smooth project from mobilization to site.

In addition to the Primavera software, Enerfab also utilizes programs such as SharePoint, Load Spring, Skire and Contracts Manager to further assist in project controls and transmission of data and reporting.
